About the Role

ITechRadiant is looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain production web applications for startups and growing businesses. You will work across the stack—from polished user interfaces to reliable APIs and databases—delivering features that solve real business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain RESTful or GraphQL APIs with Node.js, Python, or similar backend technologies.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and delivery plans.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with attention to performance and security.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning.
• Deploy applications to cloud environments and support production releases.
• Debug issues, improve system reliability, and iterate based on user feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React required).
• Experience building backend services, APIs, and working with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and agile development practices.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teammates.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or AWS.
• Exposure to AI integrations, authentication systems, or payment workflows.
• Background working in consulting, agency, or fast-moving product teams.
