About the Role

We are hiring an AI / Machine Learning Engineer to help our clients and internal teams build intelligent product features that deliver measurable value. You will design LLM-powered workflows, retrieval systems, and automation tools that are reliable, secure, and ready for real users—not just prototypes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI features such as copilots, chat assistants, and workflow automation.
  • Build RAG pipelines including document ingestion, embedding, retrieval, and response generation.
  • Integrate OpenAI, LangChain, or similar tools into production web and backend systems.
  • Evaluate model outputs for accuracy, latency, cost, and safety before release.
  • Work with engineers to embed AI capabilities into existing products and APIs.
  • Document architectures, prompts, and operational runbooks for maintainability.
  • Stay current with emerging AI tooling and recommend practical adoption strategies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of software engineering experience with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML applications.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
  • Strong Python or TypeScript skills and comfort working in full-stack environments.
  • Understanding of data privacy, API security, and production deployment considerations.
  • Ability to explain trade-offs between model quality, speed, and cost.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, FastAPI, or similar frameworks.
  • Background in NLP, data engineering, or MLOps practices.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and monitoring AI systems in production.

What We Offer

  • Work on cutting-edge AI products with real business use cases.
  • Remote-friendly role with flexible collaboration across engineering teams.
  • Room to grow into lead or architect roles as the practice expands.
  • Competitive compensation based on experience.
